I have had Valiant for many years. Great service. Always on time. Oil is cheaper if I buy 300 gallons in September. Our oil tank was leaking and the smell in the house was disgusting. I called them at 2 pm & someone was here by 4 pm to plug tank. New tank was installed quickly.it was POURING all day long the day they replaced tank. None of the guys complained. They were soaked. I had Karl Trella as a Energy Technician. He was very efficient and very knowledgeable in all areas of concern to me. He explained the financial concerns I had. I found it to be a pleasant experience. He seem to enjoy his job and that's always a good thing
I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Valiant! Last week I had a new oil tank put in, and from the schedulers to the installers, everyone was beyond helpful and kind! I will definitely be using them in the future!
Nope. Charged over $200 without any notice, sent me an invoice with language in it saying I agreed to the charge I had no idea was coming and when I called to ask for help and get the bill to zero or in the alternative cut way down, they took a minimal portion off. They said I should have known they would charge me since they came out (they sent someone out who stayed 4 minutes after they filled my tank and we thought they over filled) then patched with something they said may not work and later charged about $100 for it whe... read more
