Didn’t finish servicing furnace because of a stripped screw from valiant servicing furnace last year. Valiant is the only hvac company who has ever touched our furnace. Instead of fixing he said it would require another appointment. He also left materials behind. He came back the next day to retrieve materials, but had no intention of finishing servicing furnace. We pay way too much $$ for subpar services. Very disappointed.
