Customer care is so rare these days, but Bantam Overland knocks it out of the park! Anytime i had an installation question there response was immediate. Honestly, if you buy a Jeep product from anybody else your missing the boat. These day’s if you find a company that stands behind their product stick! with them. Bantam Overland is that company!!! Just purchased the SONY XAV-AX6000 Plug Play Bundle for my 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. The product being custom pre-wired by Bantam Overland made the installation pretty easy, along with their installation video. Cliff & Bryan were super helpful with some minor questions I had & I’m loving the end results! Thanks BA, I definitely recommend you guys to anyone looking to upgrade their stereo system or any other tech needed/wanted in their Jeep (or any other ride)!
Incredible customer service! The pre-wired package they provide is well made, and it made installation a breeze. I had an mishap reinstalling the spare tire and broke a camera off the mount and they sent me replacement machine screws to reinstall. Once installed, the am/fm reception was fading in and out and the same day I inquired about it they sent out an antenna adapter/filter. I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Ordered the Sony 4000 plug & play bundle for my 17 JK. Received package with excellent packaging and labeling of parts and accessories. The installation guide along with video were spot on. Bryan’s delivery of every detail, step and presentation made it easy to follow.
