I’ve bought a few plug and play bundles from Bantam Overland and have been extremely satisfied by the products and services they provide. Their bundles are actually plug and play and take minutes to install and takes out all the guesswork. Can’t reccomend them enough.
Purchased Sony XAV-AX6000 Kit for 2017 Wrangler JK. Day 2 - Ghosted by support - let's see how long it takes to get their attention... To make a long story short, I installed their "plug and play" it. Professional package, professional instructions, great documentation, 100% quality happy with kit and hardware. Installation was novice level. Was on the way for a 5 star rating UNTIL: I turned on the radio and tried to turn the volume down with my steering wheel controls. Freaking MUTE keeps turning on. At the time of writing this review the folks at Bantam Overland are working to solve a shipping issue with my order. In doing this they have been very punctual and their customer support has been excellent. 10/10 would recommend supporting and dealing with them based off of my experience so far.
Sony xav-ax8500 Great touch screen unit.Very impressed with quality and ease of use. Highly recommend BANTAM OVERLAND. The installation instructions and video were spot on,making for an easy install. Paul.
Excellent work and customer service. They have done everything from doing my shocks and springs, stereo and 2.5 lift. I highly recommend them for all your car needs.
