Dr. A came to us 3 years ago by recommendation of a coworker. She is truly a rare find. Today our Aspen went over the rainbow bridge and the staff was amazing. Gave us time to cry and say our goodbyes. Took care of our bill in the room so others wouldn’t see us crying and gasping hysterically for breath after our hearts were shatter by a turn for the worst. Thank you Dr. A and the Bannon Woods staff for taking care of our girl and us as well.
The staff are wonderful and the veterinary team seems to really care. Very thorough. They got to the root of some complicated issues with my Yearling. So thankful.

The vet refused to take my grand-dog in for proper treatment, misdiagnosed him and could only apologize when he passed less than a week after being mis-diagnosed. Stand up for your furry babies. They deserve the same level of care that we do.
I love you guys so much. You all feel like family. I know you all cared so much about my dog Layla and have helped me keep her alive for 6 years. I can’t thank you all enough. Thank you for trying to save her. You did all you could Dr. Robertson. You are an amazing soul and what you do for animals is so great. I miss her so much. I wish you could of saved her. Thank you for all the years. 🌈💔🐾
