Bannockburn needs to be entirely reconstructed immediately !! This place is an ode to how American tax payer dollars are misused for education. If 56 cents for a dollar in sales tax go to education, and more go to property tax to education, the schools is clearly building everyday, why does Bannockburn still exist ?!!
