Our builder works with Bannister so they did all of the plumbing for our home. We’ve had a couple things we needed adjusted after moving in and Bannister has been very professional and timely in managing these tasks for us. Michelle is amazing at scheduling and understands everyone has a busy life. Techs have been friendly, on-time, as well as quick when they are here, and she gives a courtesy call so you know when someone will be there. We purchased a home in Athens this week and the AC Failed the next day during the 4th of July holiday. We did have 2 paid home inspections completed to include the VA as a disabled vet. We were told the AC Worked fine and was 2 years old by the owner. It's 8 years old and they had jumped line to the close the circuit to the airhandler to keep the system running and couldn't keep up with the heat and it's now toast. We had a bad water leak. Bannister Plumbing of Athens were there within 24 hours to assess and 48 to repair. It was delayed as they had to get an external contractor to freeze the pipe, but the repair was quick and competent. We would use them again.!!
