Bannister Plumbing was called after our internet installation did not go as planned and a water line was cut. Jake came after hours and was extremely professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing. He was thoughtful enough to show me where the house water shut off valve was as well just in case I ever needed to know. We are new to the area and will be using Bannister for any of our plumbing and air needs that may arise.
We had an emergency AC situation this past week. We are out in the country and I just knew it was going to be a nightmare of an evening. Bannister was the first number I called and Greg was headed my way within minutes. He arrived within an hour and had my AC up and running within minutes. Very knowledgable, professional, and kind. Bannister Plumbing did a great job for us today. Called them on Monday but told them it was not an emergency so we scheduled for Wednesday to clean out a drain that was backing up. Matt was prompt (actually early) for his appt time. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything and gave us the cost upfront.
