I would give 10/10 for Bannisters if possible. Trying to navigate the myagedcare system, assessments & services is a minefield. I was fortunate to stumble across Bannister in Home Care. My care finder & I called & Bannisters answered immediately! The relief of being able to speak to a calm & informed person who eased my anxieties & got Tiarne to contact me within hours was so appreciated. Bannister in Home Care was recommended to me when I needed a provider for my Home Care. The staff i interact with are all wonderful and caring. My plan manager Michelle is so helpful and understanding when I took up my package for age care she came to my home and worked out what I needed. I have regular visits from Michelle and if I have any problems I can just call everyone at Bannister is always very helpful .
