With them 3 yrs. Only reason is current Worker is good. Lot of constant issues problems with provider including 5 mths trying to get a worker after the regular suddenly departed June24. I will be commenting furtherwhen I have time but not happy with dealing with this Provider & office for a long time now on a constant basis of unpredictability & problems. I am so impressed with not only the people employed by Bannister in home care but with KELLY ANDERSON herself.. She is so professional, capable, understanding and so willing to help. The people she has to care for me and all the other elderly people with mobility problems is truly amazing. I feel so much better and cannot wipe the smile off my face. Bannister’s have been my elderly mother’s Age Care provider for the past 3 years. During this time I have found them to be extremely professional and wonderful to deal with. They genuinely care about their clients. Nothing is ever too much trouble! If you have a loved one who needs care. Look no further! Bannister’s are amazing!
Bannister In Home Care are fantastic I changed from another providor to them early this year for my 93 yr old mother and they have been nothing but supportive caring and helpful since we changed. Special thanks to Bianca for all her help and support.
