I chose Bannisters to assist with my mother’s home care package because of their flexibility. Not only did I find them to be excellent at coordinating my mother’s needs but most importantly Bianca and Paulina provided a caring and person centred approach. As my mother’s sole carer I also felt considered and supported. I highly recommend Bannisters.
With them 3 yrs. Only reason is current Worker is good. Lot of constant issues problems with provider including 5 mths trying to get a worker after the regular suddenly departed June24. I will be commenting furtherwhen I have time but not happy with dealing with this Provider & office for a long time now on a constant basis of unpredictability & problems. I am so impressed with not only the people employed by Bannister in home care but with KELLY ANDERSON herself.. She is so professional, capable, understanding and so willing to help. I'm so happy with the care offered to my Dad. And the staff are amazing. They are patient and informative ,they respect my Dad wishes and let me know if any issues occur.Banister staff is a compassionate and professional age care company.
