Macey? At the front desk was super helpful with getting me my keys for my work truck when I needed to pick it up on a Saturday. I was originally told to come back Monday but she went above and beyond her job scope to find my keys and get me back on the road to work. The service for my F350 was fast, they fixed the fuel pump in a couple days. They do definitely need someone at the service desk on weekends but luckily Macey was there to save the day.
