Recently lost part of our roof to a very bad wind storm, Bannister's came right over, evaluated the damage, gave us a quote on a new roof and on the spot fixed the damage. Given the age our roof we opted to replace the whole thing. Their prices are fair, their work was fast and follow up thorough! I would recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks to Ryan and Pat!!
We hired Bannister Custom Exteriors to replace our Roof. The whole process was painless. They were responsive and on schedule in every detail. The crew that worked on the roof was polite, and on task. Very professional. They provided us with a Quote and we had NO surprises at the end. Price competitive and good quality work. Three years ago Ryan from Bannister Exteriors replaced our shingled roof with a metal roof. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made. No more leaky roof. Recently I needed some information about the maintenance work that might have damaged our roof. I was able to get the answers I needed. I highly recommend Banister and will be using them for our future siding needs.
From first contact, estimate, follow-up , work, cleanup , timeliness. Truly a company that gives you their word and stands behind it. Family owned and operated, when we spoke with the owners you could tell how proud they were of their business. I would very highly recommend. They all went above and beyond to do an excellent job on the roof of this house. Thanks to the whole crew at Bannister for a job well done.
What a horrible experience. There's no communication between the sales staff and the project manager. The owner, Kevin Bannister is also extremely rude. My condo complex was having the roof replaced and gave owners with skylights the option to have Kevin Bannister's company replace our skylights. We had to pay for our skylight and installation in advance and sign separate customer contracts.
