Some nice facilities if you use them. Homes are just OK. HOA is terrible
Love the gym. I was very impressed with the cleanliness ,and it not being over crowded. The recreational area is beautiful.
Genuinly one of the worst places to ever workout. You over pay for a gym that is often filled with no machines left to workout at, no staff nearly ever, makes you spend 25 dollars just to get in when staff isn't at the building, people who work here are some of the genuinely worst workers I've ever seen. Better off just going anywhere else.
They recent updates to the exercise rooms is very nice
Now that some money has been spent on the gym equipment inside the ranch house it is really nice. Hope some people cancel their expensive gym memberships because this one is free. As a resident of Banning I'm glad we have this. What is needed in Banning is an indoor basketball/pickleball/volleyball facility for the long winter.
