The Ranch House is one of the perks for residents of BLR homeowners. The recent interior upgrades to both the kitchen and gym were needed and are beautiful. The pool has had mechanical issues, but due to lack of parts, it delayed repairs like MANY facilities across the country. Like all communities, Banning has grown, like the city, it has experienced growth concerns. Residents need to keep in mind not all resolutions are immediate.
