Atrocious experience! It’s been 3 years and I’m still dealing with items from my 39 day walk through. I current have an unfinished wall and they won’t pick up the phone nor reply to email. STAY AWAY! You’re better of with Classic or any other builder for that matter.
Stay away from Oakwood Homes .... The warranty problems alone are enough to look elsewhere! Shazam, the company Oakwood is using for warranty claims should NOT be in business! GOOD LUCK if you ever need their service! Unprofessional, unskilled, unlicensed, uninterested in helping and shady from the get go! Appointments were canceled that THEY scheduled, inspections of warranty items were left to a visual look, no tools, no ladders, no flashlight, wouldn't even go in the crawlspace.
