They are very friendly and courteous. I was nervous and they put up with my nervous babble
Took a month to make an appointment. Then they wouldn't take my insurance and wouldn't let me pay for the visit out of pocket. Of course they waited until the day before the appointment to let me know this. Scheduled at Lens Crafters right after that phone call. Got an appointment in 2 days, the office visit was 100.00 less and I could pay out of pocket. I guess Bennett wants to bill the insurance company a high fee rather than actually get paid.
Recently, I had both eyes freed of cateracts by Dr. Harrison Bannett. The experience could not have been more perfect. From scheduling to answering all of my many questions to Dr Bannett's knowledge and expertise in his field I am 100% pleased with the whole process. Thank you Dr. Bannett. Debbie H.
