No complaints. I visited early morning with a particularly deep cut and was able to have it glued shut. The staff was attentive and capable. The waiting area has subdued lighting, which is calming. The wait was not long at all, and there were two other customers that arrived during that time.
I was in and out in no time. The team was fast, efficient and thorough. They sent me for imaging right away and sure enough I had broken my ribs. Great care
Was in just before closing. They were quick and I was back out within a half hour. They were able to send a prescription to a location that was still open and give me the address so I could get my antibiotic that same night.
My ear drum probably would have ruptured if it weren’t for NP Kristen, and the amazing staff at this location! I was previously seen at an Honor Health Urgent Care for the same issue within the same week where I had a 2 hour wait and the Provider spent less than 10 minutes with me… Fast forward to my visit here as I had not gotten any better… Given my HX of childhood Ear Infections, and how I presented to the clinic, I was quickly brought back to a room, and properly diagnosed/treated with care.
