The dr prescribed medication after specifically telling her of the allergy. Then when I asked if they could just call in a new script, the front desk person advised me I would need to make another appointment. She also requested quiet a few medical related questions that I felt was inappropriate as she was Not a licensed medical professional.
Good experience with getting in and seen earlier than expected. The PA was able to diagnose and prescribe me the right way & begin my healing.

Great staff and process. Efficient, empathetic, caring, professional, authentic. I hope I don’t have to return , but if so, I will do so with confidence.
The people at the Banner Urgent Care center are kind and compassionate. Everyone that works there listens well and are friendly. They are patient to answer any questions you may have. They are also very knowledgable. I was able to get service very quickly. I highly recommend them. It is easy to find and easy to schedule appointments too. This is my favorite Urgent Care Center.
