My experience here was positive, the lady doctor was spot on for my needs. It's nice to know that I can go here when my primary is booked out.
Thank you Banner, for helping me feel so much better! Went in on a Monday morning with UTI symptoms, was seen within 30 min, tested and sent on my way with a round of antibiotics that had me feeling better almost immediately. From the front desk to the nurse to the PA, all were professional and friendly and most importantly, effective. While I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon, this will be my first choice.
I took my daughter to this urgent care on a Saturday evening because she had a sore throat. The doctor diagnosed her with strep throat and said her prescription was sent to the 24-hour pharmacy location I requested. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the pharmacy, they had never received the prescription. By that time, the urgent care was already closed and there was no one available to contact to help resolve the issue.
