Not on there game,my ap was 8:45am didn't see the np tell 9:45.and meds was sent to RX but was not received there. Call today asking them why. It was not received. On one let me know that.. poor quality
This place is a mess. It’s like they got their degrees from an online summer class. I always end up needing to go somewhere else after and get told the initial diagnosis was wrong.
I called in to get patient advocates contact number. He informed me they were not staffed for my wife’s situation. When I voiced my great concern that his facility was operating without staff to handle potentially urgent and or life threatening situations, he offered a number to text. When I said “freaking” voicing my extreme befuddlement, not at him, he said he was disconnecting the call. This facility should not be open if not properly staffed to handle “Urgent Care” situations.
