I went in today for a sinus infection. I was dismissed and told that I just had the flu and to just let it run its course and I’ll get over it. I asked if I could receive medication even though they did not believe that I had a sinus infection, but I know my body and I know I did. I was told no and told that I just need to let it run its course. I explained that I have a heavy workload and it was hard enough to get away from work to go in when I did just to be turned away and told to take NyQuil and DayQuil for a sinus infec... read more
Nurse and PA were great, receptionist is not friendly or welcoming. Not a friendly professional person for being the first point of contact.
Responsive and informative
This place was an absolute waste of time. The doctor didn’t address any of my concerning symptoms and just brushed them off with an assumption instead of admitting she didn’t know. They didn’t run any tests or make any real effort to figure out what was going on. I ended up going to a different urgent care right after, where I actually received proper care and attention. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to be taken seriously.
