There was no wait, after online check in time. Every person I encountered was helpful and professional. Front desk ensured my insurance was correct and informed me ahead of time what my co-pay would be. Definitely recommend.
I made my appointment for 320pm, I arrived and checked in at 305pm. I was seen and give information about my problem and the presentation was called in to my pharmacy. I was back in my car at 350pm! Everyone from the receptionist, to the medical assistant and the Nurse Practioner was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this Banner Urgent Care location.
Service was quick that was friendly and helpful I didn't think I could be seen because I lost my card but they go above and beyond to anybody I recommend going here. This time wasn't too serious but a while back I went here because my lungs They were closing I was in a fire and smoke that I breathed in I think I could have died from i I remember the day I went there and they actually gave me something to help me I thought I was going to die I might have I should have went to the emergency I guess but I didn't know it was an ... read more
