The provider I saw redeemed my view on this place because it wasn’t pleasant because of the previous visits here. She made my appointment quick and easy and effortlessly good even though I felt horrible. I was very hesitant on coming here again but it was Thanksgiving so my options were slim. Thank you for the great service today, from the front desk staff, to the MA to the provider. Thank you for working on Thanksgiving and still giving superb service.
They weren’t able to do X-rays/ ct scan was sent to ER for imaging where I’ll have to pay an additional copay!
Came here for a sports physical, only $25 which was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. I made a reservation online and showed up 10 mins before my “appointment” time. Really cuts down on the time you have to sit in the waiting room.
Medical assistance at the front desk tend to have a bad attitude once you arrive. System is usually down or you end up waiting an extra 30 minutes or so even when you booked your appointment online because you have a busy work schedule. Once you get to see a doctor a lot of the time it's somebody who just popped in because they didn't have any other staff and that doctor doesn't know what they're talking about. Pick and choose your battles people.
