I was happy not to have to fill out paperwork. Due to that it was a Banner Healthcare System they had all my records from Banner Hospital. They seamed to be very thorough, and they got me right in, treated, and on my way with the medications that I needed! I give it a thumbs up!
Very positive experience. From the online scheduling, quick check in, diagnosis, and follow up assistance, it was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. Raising 5 kids, I've been to urgent care many times over the decades and never had an experience like this one. Impressive. Keep it up.
Super impressed with my urgent care experience. We were checked in, called back and seen in a super timely manner which is important when having a toddler and an infant. Every provider I saw was very nice, made my toddler very comfortable and seemed to really care about his well-being. They answered all my questions and figured out what was wrong with my son super fast. Everyone was very sweet especially physician Carlyn Coates and the MA on duty with her
