I made an appointment online and got in right away. Very pleasant office staff and a nice setting. I don’t know if Shawna was having a bad day or is always in a hurry but I felt very discounted. I am not a needy patient by any means but she needs training in empathy. Very curt and wouldn’t answer my questions as she was heading out the door. She was in the room with me for about 3 minutes.
