Extremely concerning billing practices and false documentation. We arrived late for an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Darleen Garate and were not seen by the nurse practitioner. No exam, no consultation, no medical service was provided. We still paid for the missed appointment, which we accepted. However, 3 months later we were charged an additional ~$1,200 for that same date, with billing claiming that we were “seen,” marked only as “late.” This is factually incorrect. There was no visit.
