I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic. Overall, the appearance was very clean and tidy.The front desk was friendly, informative, and welcoming. The RN who roomed Me was kind and patient. I met with nurse practitioner Carolyn, who was very Informative. She allowed me to ask all of my questions and explained to each of them thoroughly. Extremely concerning billing practices and false documentation. We arrived late for an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Darleen Garate and were not seen by the nurse practitioner. No exam, no consultation, no medical service was provided. We still paid for the missed appointment, which we accepted. However, 3 months later we were charged an additional ~$1,200 for that same date, with billing claiming that we were “seen,” marked only as “late.” This is factually incorrect. There was no visit.
