They never disappoint me
Dr Vera and med staff was great. However spinal surgery was cancelled due to poor admin management. Everything paperwork related was a disaster. The scheduling staff is extremely dismissive and does not pay attention. After several weeks of back and forth had to go to the cardio to get clearance forms and drive them across town and hand deliver them directly. Staff still took 3 days to confirm they were correct.
