On September 30 I had an appointment for a phone call. I waited an hour, the person I was scheduled with didn't call. An hour and a half later, someone else called to make excuses. A week later, I found out that they put me in their system as a no show. They blew me off, and are blaming me for their error. The director is a real piece of work, arrogant and condescending. Dr. Hansen recently became “star struck”, instead of helping his long-term patients, he’s initiating stupid insinuations and bullies people out of appointments. Happened to my sister this last week on Yom Kippur, we are a ✡️ family. Denying help to a Jewish person on Yom Kippur is a horrible thing to do.
