I had a very disappointing experience with this toxicologist. Despite my military experience, vaccine contraindications, amalgam fillings, and Arizona well water exposure, he denied any possibility of heavy metal toxicity. He claimed there was "100% NO CHANCE" my history indicated heavy metal toxicity, ignoring my positive test results for lead, mercury, tungsten, uranium, and arsenic. I love the Dr's here, Dr Wild is the best. And most nurses seem to care. But these girls at front desk need to take a class on CUSTOMER CARE. I know they should pretend it's One of their family members needing help, then maybe they'll care
Most incompetent doctor I've ever seen. Arrived late to the appt, cut me off and refused to listen, and dismissed mold toxicity. He doesn't believe in mold toxicity. He has not updated his knowledge on this. Very outdated old school doctor who needs to go back to doctor school. Horrible bedside manner. Awful. Edit: I already have contacted customer service. HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! They were unprofessional and snotty. I had an appoitment for the coming week when I got a confirmation call from them asking if the appoitment date and time still worked. I confirmed with them that it was. I come in the day of my appointment woth my mother and the front desk lady tells me that I do not have an appoitment. When I ask to speak to someone else the lady asked me to come through the door.
