If I could give this place no stars that would be more appropriate! If the front staff isn't starting arguments with sick patients in the waiting room, it's always something else. I watched and listened to the front staff refuse to take a woman claiming they didn't take her insurance even though she's been a patient for years and they called her the night before to confirm her appointment. She even showed them her voicemail but all the sudden they didn't accept her insurance less than 24 hours later after they called her. Th... read more
It's an adequate enough clinic, however, I seldom get to see the same provider twice. My assigned provider only has appointments on Thursdays....? Follow up appointments can never be booked in the time frame or format discussed with the provider I have seen. Each provider has their own ideas on how to tweak my care or medications, it's both annoying and concerning.
Dr Hsu is very knowledgeable and caring. He’s up to date with all medical advances and guidelines. Every time I have an appointment with him, I get enlightened and educated about new subjects. I feel privileged having him as my PCP. Highly recommended.
