It was a month between my consultation with Dr Conrotto and my scheduled tooth extraction. The scheduler calls me two days before my extraction saying my insurance won’t cover it. They had a whole month to get approval. Getting a referral from my PCP was a total waste of time. One and done with Banner👎
The oral maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Trijska Conrotto is Awful. Plus the flip flopping games she plays with patients health is very unprofessional. My issue is a medical surgery issue the Dentist doesn't play a role since I have no dentist and my insurance is medical which Dr. Conrotto can do not a dentist! She is trying to send me to a dentist. It's a TMJ thing which that is what she is according to my Health Insurance company. Run from that facility if you need to deal with her. Your health is at risk there. They don't care.
They kept rescheduling me and were super slow to reach out to get a new appointment set
Update: I emailed to the response I got twice and have not heard back from you either. STILL having the same issues!!! Took over a month to even get an appointment scheduled. Not talking about time from scheduling to appointment. Im saying it took over a month for them to get back to me to even schedule. The Dr told me I had a tumor in my jaw during my consult and that he would do a biopsy on it. A week later he changed his mind and said there was no tumor there and the insurance lady cant submit to my insurance. Took a week... read more
