They provided great healthcare to me. They helped me understand their procedures and explained lab work for my understanding. I felt my doctor and nurses provided me thorough exams and assessments. They treated my concerns as valid and provided healthcare with dignity, utmost compassion, and respect.
I wouldn’t go to this place for your care. Most of the providers aren’t very understanding or empathetic towards anyone who has complex cases. I’ve been going here since I was 16 and now I’m 23, the providers I’ve had never keep up on my labs for my HRT, they never call back with results about anything sent to the lab, they didn’t even let me know that I had a nodule on my thyroid that’s pretty big and I had to bring it up to endocrinologist which they were surprised no one here said anything.
