Usually go to this doctor with no issues. Wait times can vary but I genuinely like my doctor and have never had a problem. This month I showed up for an appointment and was charged $25 more than my usual copay with no explanation. The front desk couldn't tell me why and sent me to my insurance. Insurance confirmed there was no reason for the higher charge and even called billing on my behalf. Billing told them it is a front desk issue. Front desk says it is an insurance issue.
