Extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism at Banner University Family Center. Our experience here has been nothing but frustrating. We scheduled an appointment specifically for our newborn’s screening, only to arrive and be told that their labs were already closed — making the entire visit pointless and a complete waste of time. The lack of organization and communication is unbelievable. They also told us our newborn was underweight but provided no guidance or plan to help. The nurses seemed inexperienced and ... read more
Great first visit, they were very clear at every step and I felt heard and well cared-for!
Dr Espinosa is a very good doctor but the office is what makes me give them two stars. Rooms are very small and not wheelchair accessible. The wait time is always so long.
