Went all the way there after checking lab hours online to find they now leave at 4 pm. Now I have to come back and pick up another lab sample kit and come back again to drop it off.
The office never calls back and the process to get anything done is incredibly slow. My wife saw them for a prescription and scheduled a follow-up to see how it was working, didn't get a notification or see anything online, called 2 times to check and both times the office said they would submit it and call back, they didn't. Over two weeks later during the follow-up she shows up and they just submitted it today. Go elsewhere.
