I love my PCP Dr. chabayta however the front office staff are completely unprofessional and loud. As a professional they shouldn’t be loud discussing personal matters. It’s not respectable and the staff made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would prefer to speak to the office manger if there is one.
This is the very best Doctors Office.
Made an appointment with a physician at the alvernon clinic and when I got here they said the appointment was canceled without notice.
To be honest, this clinic's billing and service system is the worst I've ever experienced. First, I arrived as a new patient and informed them beforehand that I was there for a vaccination. However, at the front desk, they didn't clearly explain how much I was supposed to pay. They just had me pay and fill out a personal information form. Compared to another clinic I've been to, their front desk service and billing transparency were absolutely terrible. They never told me that the $230+ was just for the office visit.
