I usually use Banner for all my care to keep everything in place. When I called in to make an appointment (was a referral from a Banner ER), they lady on the phone was essentially clueless. Refused to schedule an appointment stating she had to talk to the coordinators because they "dont see chest pain." Im sorry as a HEALTH CARE PROVIDER MYSELF this is astounding to hear.
