Am being treated for small lower gi ulcer. Even after calling for days before omeprazole ran out, they still failed to refill script. Ulcer got worse and set me back several months. After the 1st setback of no follow up or call back with dr., i am now set back again to two more months of treatment. In short, they will prescribe a treatment and then not follow up whatsoever.
Very professional staff and MD. This was my second visit. I HIGHLY recommend this team of professionals.
My mom started going there in August she is 85 all we seem to get is the run around and keep coming back so we can charge you. They don't care what happens to the patient’s. They say the call back within 72 hours that's a lie it is continuous fighting to get anything done.
One of the longest waits when it comes to doctors I have ever had, and that's after the already 3-6 months it takes to wait for your appointment. I have, on several occasions, waited, not in the waiting room but the actual exam room, more than an hour for the doctor to appear. More than once, I had to leave in the middle of waiting for the doctor because they took so long, my other appointment time had come up and started to pass. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The disrespect is about the only device I have received from this place. I've been under their care for almost a year and they have done nothing but, cause me anxiety, lie to my face, not do their job and cancel my appointments without my consent. I have been waiting on a prior authorization for 3 months. I need this medication, this biologic to stay alive for crying out loud! My next scheduled appointment isn't until November FFS!
