I’m a new patient of Dr Martinez. She was very friendly and extremely thorough. She took her time with me going over my lengthy history. She gave me orders for follow-up bloodwork in 2 months. And she will call with results.

I'm unsure if this place is still open. We have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks but yet none of the numbers online are working. We have been going here for about a year now and have very little good to say. Currently we are doing our third trip to Mexico because even when you do talk to a human there, any action on prescriptions is at a snail's pace. There are a number of alternatives in the area, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this clinic.

I have only been seeing a doctor with Banner Endocrinology for two months now but because of my recent experience, I will be attempting to remove Banner from all of my care. I was scheduled to have a telehealth appointment with a nutritionist and someone from the office called me to confirm the appointment. During the call they asked if I wanted to come in the office or do it via a call and I said I'd do a call because I'm out of town attending my grandma's funeral. Booked for months and the practitioner kept walking in and out of me to consult with the doctor who showed up for 5 minutes after an hour long wait...then told me to do my routine bloodwork and follow up with my primary care doc (who moved out of town) ... didnt even filled my prescription.. Now I have no thyroid pills left and God knows when I can schedule with a new Primary care.. Horrible experience.
