Worst ER I’ve ever been to. I was hunched over in pain and the guy with pink shoes and pink hair looked annoyed that I was in pain. The other girl who works there wears navy colored scrubs could care less and was laughing with her co workers about some conversation they were having as I was feeling short of breath crying and scared. Its 6:58 am Sitting in the er currently, listening to the nurses station's "hot gossip". Today's is the group laughing about a patient overdose, calling the seizure the patient had "hilarious". Another nurse just walked by to ask the station if they "have seen the crazy lady", talking about a patient in room 32. I reminded them this patient has a name. Im pretty appalled. Just overheard "youre doing that???? Don't chart that then!"

My grown son was in a car accident and brought here by EMTs. Luckily he wasn't hurt bad but we wanted to stay and get him checked out. They took him back and forth from the waiting room for tests then put us in a hallway with partitions. Doctors and nurses loudly stating about a smell. Laughing and saying "is that a dead body? Do you smell that?" Literally cackling about it. When we tried to ask about how long, we got either ignored or "I'm not your doctor" while quickly walking away. The e.r. Is filthy. It looks like no one has cleaned the floors in weeks. Bathroom is trashed. The wait time is ABUSIVE! Staff seemed kind, which does make the experience worthy of one star! Our community deserves better than this.

I'm mind blown that my family member called me at 5 because she had a seizure and hit a tree with her car. I got there with her at 6pm and have been told the same story over and over. Seems like every 2 hrs a nurse comes in and says it will be 2 more hours because nobody has read th CT scan. Here it is 12:45 AM And we are still in the ER. Seriously! She hasn't eaten anything since lunch time and we're still getting the run around. Very disappointed. 6hrs here. Still no one seems to have a straight story.
