I was with a friend that was suffering 7+/10 pain. Needed IV pain suppression. We were told IV pain relief would provided. Our friend left after she was lied to, they were going to push injection based treatment which was unable suppress her pain. I'm normally an enthusiastic proponent of Banner especially Boswell and Del Webb. I have never been enthusiastic about Thunderbird. That belief remains my truth.

I went into this hospital with a severe chiari malformation headache to the point It was crippling, and I couldn't even make it into the ER. Someone had to bring me out a wheelchair once I got into the Er, I was placed in a hallway with no supervision and left unattended for hours. They gave me prochlorperazine. prochlorperazine is a dopamine blocker meant to be given with Benadryl to reduce the side effects of confusion, drowsiness, panic, and all around stress. On Jan 25th, 2026. I walked into the emergency room around 7:15-7:45 pm and a light skinned African Security Guard with glasses, sitting at the medal detector tried speaking with authoritative tone like he was law enforcement saying, you need to put a mask on. I asked why and he said there’s a sign outside. The sign is barely visible in the dark, and it’s located on the double sliding doors which no one sees when the doors open. I was referred by honor health . Randy. Phlebotomy director from Honor health to go to emergency to get phlebotomy. I went to Banner Thunderbird emergency. Checked in stating I needed phlebotomy. I have polyphythemia. Banner checked me in room. Did my blood work. Dr. Stated it takes 1 hour to get results. However he would discuss results with my hemotology Dr. From Iron wood cancer clinic. Front door closes earlier so had to make my way to parking garage and attempt to enter via ER. What a joke. I'm not going through a security screening.
