Unresponsive. Took all of my information and told me they filed my extension but have failed to send me proof. I have been told twice it would be emailed to me and nothing. I have left several voicemails over the course of the past few months and still nothing. Terrible, and makes me feel very uncomfortable they took all of my info and stopped responding.
Friendly and funny aren't usually words associated with TAXES! But Maggie and crew made tax time delightful! They're quick and lovely!
Been going to David for 20 yrs... And when I win the lotto he will be employed solely as my accountant..ha ha. I guess all his clients best pray I never win :-D
