I recently had a total shoulder done by Dr.Patel. The staff Vicki, Aimee.”and Jacob were all amazing ! They were so thorough and explained everything so well. From the moment I checked in the front desk gal was so nice too ! The discharge was smooth too. I would highly recommend this surgery center ! Thank you everyone !
I went to Banner Surgical Center for my shoulder surgery, I received the best care that I have ever had at this health care facility. The staff made me feel comfortable and explained every part of the procedure making sure I understood what was happening. I would highly recommend considering this facility for your care.
Dr. William Stickney, DO and Banner Surgery Center deserve 5 stars without a doubt. I was just there on September 15, 2025 to get a total hip replacement on my right side. I was very nervous going in, I’m only 38 years old. Everyone did an excellent job no complaints.
I had a wrist surgery there and everyone was awesome. I had anxiety and Dr. Hustedt and his staff made me feel comfortable.
I have to say although im sure the service is great, the billing requires all out of pocket up front. I know that money is necessary however, even though I will likely meet my out of pocket maximum before they submit their claim, I still had to pay most of the balance before surgery. Everyone else involved in this particular surgery has been willing and able to work with me however this surgery center is not. I have a feeling a refund will be due to me.
