AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!! I have had more than my fair share of surgeries at hospitals and surgery centers across the valley, and I have never had such an unprofessional experience. This surgery center cancelled my surgery less than 48hrs prior, stating that they didn't have a letter clearing me for surgery that they had never asked me if I had, which I did have. I came here recently for a back procedure. These guys are amazing. All of the staff are so professional and courteous. They are beyond for safety and doing things the right way. Deb and Kimberly were great nurses and were on top of it! Kimberly was able to get my iv on the first try when it can take up to 4 times. Much appreciated! As I said all staff were so friendly, respectful and caring.
From the time you enter the facility till you leave you are treated with friendliness and respect. Every step was explained and took the time to answer any questions. They were extremely busy but you would never know it, when they were working with you, you had their complete focus.
Please note I appreciate everything you did for me. And I admire the professionalism and knowledge of all the staff.
