If there were negative stars for this faculty I would give 3 negative stars. First time here and last time it will be. Upon arrival, and checking in, the reception room is very small, they have very limited seating space, and along the walls to get more people in like a can of sardines, they have the white wooden folding chairs, that are used as a temporary, seating for out door weddings at beaches or for ceremonies that take place in 15 minutes. Charged me $400 out of pocket then I got another bill from the doctor for $350! They charge you an outrageous amount just to be at their facility! This is with insurance too! Then they never answer their phones so you can’t ever actually get an explanation for your ridiculously expensive bill! I never received a paper itemized bill either just an online estimated bill. Never again Banner!!!

This facility has been very inept at handling my husband’s scheduled procedure. It has been rescheduled x3 with it finally getting done the 4th time (but still rescheduled to an earlier time without our knowledge). The first time it was rescheduled because the doctor had a flight delay, I can accept that it was during the government shutdown were all people with lives to live outside of work. The 2nd it was rescheduled without our knowledge to a morning so it was canceled for that day. The 3rd was not this facility’s fault. ... read more

I really enjoyed working crew. So friendly so udnerstanding. I didn't have any payment issues, I just explained my benefits and deductibles with out of pocket limits, manager understood and we agreed on pay. After insurace kicked in, billing center reimbursed money without any problem. I even didn't look at insurance statement, all I got is money back. Later I checked it was correct amount.
