Waiting time for results is unacceptable.
I had a sleep study on June 1, 2025. I was told my doctor would receive my report (with findings) in 7-10 business days. Today is June 28, 2025 - 20 business days later - and my doctor has yet to receive report. While this might not sound like a big deal, it is to me. My study was only able to verify that I have sleep apnea. Trying to use the CPAP was a complete failure. So, only 50% of the study was completed and I will require some type of follow-up. All the staff were extremely helpful. It is very easy to reach someone if you have questions. They have helped me with two sleep studies so far, and they were far more helpful than the previous location I have used. I like how this facility will take care of everything in advance, so that you don't have any stress the day of check in. It's also really nice that there are nice facilities for taking a shower the morning after.
This review is specifically for sleep tech, Elsa. She is absolutely amazing! My 22 month old daughter had a sleep study last night, and Elsa did everything to make the experience as easy as possible. You can imagine that dealing with a 22 month old for a sleep study can be pretty disastrous. My daughter was taking off the wires and struggling throughout the night.
