Banner Urgent Care Payson location no longer accepts Tricare insurance (military insurance). For this small town that’s half the residents at the very least. U.S. military veterans, active duty military and their families. It’s time for another urgent care in Payson run by another Health Care Company.
I’m still on phone waiting 15 minutes anyone working today Apparently Not why have a Urgent Care if it’s closed had to call the hospital to find out and closed last week lalso And They didn’t notify the Hospital sounds like a good job to me come and go as you please lovely
Came in because my daughter is sick throwing up and the hours online says they’re open, I go inside and the lady says they’re closed for the day because they want to go home even though they just opened 30 minutes ago
Unreliable. They are NEVER there during their posted hours. Whenever my family needs urgent care, and I go during their posted hours, I am ALWAYS greeted by a “sorry for any inconvenience we are closed today” sign. Genuinely we need a different company urgent care in this town because banner is forcing families to go to the more expensive ER for things that should be urgent care needs only. What a scam. This place should be ashamed of all their little vacations they take at this community’s expense.
Was quite sick and they turned me away because I didn't have an appointment. Should take same day care off their building if that's the case. Not really interested in helping people I guess.
