Banner corporate is impossible to work with regarding issues. They only allow for billing to make arrangements for payments. No patient grievances allowed. Walking in initially the person at the front desk seemed too busy to be polite. Right from the beginning I stated that I would not be able to pay with card as it was hit for fraud and I was waiting for a new one. I explained they could bill me and that I had cash. Now keep in mind everything this person said to be was short and pointed. He explained they didn't do cash, which is fine. I explain what's going on. You know, basic October November head cold.
