Went across the bridge and got my recall done as well as fixing the notorious Civic A/C failure. I paid nothing as everything was under warranty. Nothing bad or good about the place. I understand an Excellent is despately needed from this business. But I don't understand how on earth disappointing experience can be qualified as a GOOD???

As usual, Anderson did a great job on my CRV. The $4,000 cost seemed high but I had a 60,000 mile maintenance plus needed new shocks and had issues with two side windows, one that would go down but was tough to get back up. Everything works now so I’m happy and will take my car there again.

Got my vehicle serviced for a recall. They also informed me of the other free services I could get under warranty and checked those out for me. All in all, hassle free and employees were very nice. It took a bit longer than they originally thought but they were still able to get me out of the door within a couple hours!

I have 2026 Honda CRV that required the coil spring in the steering wheel fixed under recall. Afterwards, the steering wheel was off center because it was not put on correctly . When I went back and asked for an alignment to address the issue they refused, said it was due to the suspension or a tire which is nonsense. Diego Gonzales spoke down to me as if I don’t know about cars and I purchased two CRVs within a month so I have a comparison point. They tricked me into getting service on my new car that I didn’t even need. On another occasion, they say one price on the phone and then another at the register. I’m so done with this predatory dealership. Went to Steven’s Creek Honda and received much better, honest service. You deserve better than these people.
