I am completely satisfied with the service received. I liked that the Service Advisor George prioritized my maintenance needs and gave me options. I was thankful that the Service Manager Jeanette showed kindness and integrity in dealing with my concerns. So far, my car seems to be running well!
After a TERRIBLE experience at Honda San Carlos a few years back which is much closer to my home and much more convenient, I will drive down to Anderson Honda out of my way for their service. While I miss the nice touches of a quick vacuum and wipe of the dashboard you get with a more "luxury" vehicle, the kindness and transparency here will have me using them while I own my Honda. Extremely unimpressed with the professionalism of this Service center. I brought my car in for a recall, it came back with a scratch in the windshield, they promised they will fix it but said windshields are only coming in 4 months, by that time I moved across country, and I've been trying to get this figured out and they aren't cooperating. They promised to call me back multiple times and haven't, and I've called the manager at least 10 times and she has not answered.
Wonderful customer service. After making my new car purchase at another Honda dealership and receiving horrible customer service and dishonest sales tactics, it was like a breathe of fresh air the way I was treated at Anderson. I will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced at Anderson. The 45 minute drive is worth the A1 customer service. My only regret is I didn't buy my new car here.
Service done on time. I was able to get complimentary cup of designed coffee of my choice. Super fast I didn't even open the book I brought for reading. Customer service is polite. Immediately show me where to pull up to, where to wait and more important they are smiling. It looks like they have done it before and want to be at their work place. Thank you Anderson Honda!!!
