This is by far the best Honda garage in the bay. I’ve been helped by Aubrey, Sammy, and Steve and they all know their stuff and want to help. Went in thinking it would be a quick service, the service recommendations pushed the estimate by a lot, but they offered a 10% off coupon. Even though they helped a bit, I think they could have pushed to 15% considering it was quite a jump in price. Overall satisfied.
I was happy with service for oil and filter change fir my CRV. It was done under an hour the service adviser was very helpful provided answers to my requests for quotes. Service was done within an hour as promised. I was surprised at 3 % add on charge for using credit card. This is unique practice for this place only? I took it for granted i wish i had known before hand. Not sure if this is for all customers or for those who used a coupon from this establishment.
The customer service was extremely poor. The woman who answered the phone sounded very impatient when I simply inquired about my maintenance records. When I tried to call back for clarification, she refused to answer my calls?! So bad!! @4/3/2025 10:12am I can’t even call back anymore because it seems she blocked my number. Anderson Honda Service Center is efficient, thorough, and timely. They always do a great job servicing my car. The waiting room has space to accommodate people who want to sit in a chair and read or those that want to sit at a desk and work. They also offer express and overnight service.
Anderson was able to get me in right away for a recall when my local dealership had me 400 in line. Work was done quickly with good communication throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Definitely going back there.
