The customer service was extremely poor. The woman who answered the phone sounded very impatient when I simply inquired about my maintenance records. When I tried to call back for clarification, she refused to answer my calls?! So bad!! @4/3/2025 10:12am I can’t even call back anymore because it seems she blocked my number. Anderson was able to get me in right away for a recall when my local dealership had me 400 in line. Work was done quickly with good communication throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Definitely going back there.
Service done on time. I was able to get complimentary cup of designed coffee of my choice. Super fast I didn't even open the book I brought for reading. Customer service is polite. Immediately show me where to pull up to, where to wait and more important they are smiling. It looks like they have done it before and want to be at their work place. Thank you Anderson Honda!!!
Fine maintenance service. Got the job time. But I can't give five stars due to this small detail. I was servicing my Honda Pilot here at 16k miles. Previously at 7.5k miles with another Honda dealership, I got its Rear Differential Oil changed. But it was not in the computer system I guess. Then the expert at Honda Anderson text messaged me saying, quote the original exact text: "your technician is finishing up on your service. he did flag the rear differential fluid for being dirty. that one is normally done at 15K miles.... read more
I am completely satisfied with the service received. I liked that the Service Advisor George prioritized my maintenance needs and gave me options. I was thankful that the Service Manager Jeanette showed kindness and integrity in dealing with my concerns. So far, my car seems to be running well!
