Went in for a routine service here. Got home to a rattling sound. Popped the hood to find their tools loose in my hood. Had also asked them to check my engine air filter, and found the air intake( which sits in front of the filter cover), completely unfastened - 3 missing screws and one ripped broken. Filter cover unclamped. At this point I was left wondering what else did they miss with the other services I got them to do. Quite the disappointing experience.
I got my oil changed at Anderson Honda last weekend. Their prices are reasonable (for the Bay Area), service is quick, and everyone I worked with was friendly and low pressure. They didn’t push any unnecessary services or maintenance. While you’re there, enjoy the free coffee or go for a walk along the bay. I had the complete opposite experience at another dealership in San Jose. I waited 6 hours for a simple oil change at twice the price. Afterwards they asked for a 5 star review. The audacity!
I had never been to Anderson Honda before, but I had to go to a “dealer” to get a copy of the remote key to my car that I had lost. I called first and got clear and fast information. The key was ordered and received the following day. I went to pick it up at my lunch time from work; I didn’t know it had to be programmed and that the process could take some time. Excellent customer service and efficient, detailed work. Steve (service supervisor) went above and beyond to get my claim completed through insurance and got all the parts replaced. My vehicle is working great. Highly recommend!
I was happy with service for oil and filter change fir my CRV. It was done under an hour the service adviser was very helpful provided answers to my requests for quotes. Service was done within an hour as promised. I was surprised at 3 % add on charge for using credit card. This is unique practice for this place only? I took it for granted i wish i had known before hand. Not sure if this is for all customers or for those who used a coupon from this establishment.
