I usually go to a nearby Honda service center for oil changes. This time, I received a $65 oil change coupon from Anderson Honda and decided to give them a try. Anderson Honda Service Center in Palo Alto did an outstanding job. I am extremely satisfied with their service and quick response. I had to drop off my car after business hours, and by early the next morning they had not only fixed the issue but also checked additional items like the tires. I was very impressed with their efficiency and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
They tricked me into getting service on my new car that I didn’t even need. On another occasion, they say one price on the phone and then another at the register. I’m so done with this predatory dealership. Went to Steven’s Creek Honda and received much better, honest service. You deserve better than these people.
My car was stolen and i got it recovered and i got it back the same way i dropped it off. If they had a problem with my insurance why couldn’t they just say that? the person on my case also kept lying to me about him speaking with the insurance. very unfortunate event as it was already something to deal with the fact they stole the car. I would have thought they would examine the car make sure everything is fine but they don’t. Waste of time, just take it to a body shop, way faster.
Service advisor Diego is always very helpful, friendly, and keeps me well informed of my car situation what needs to be done or any issues after the inspection to get my approval to proceed with the repairs or not. He is knowledgeable when I have a question regarding my car. They provide an excellent service and I will definitely recommend Honda Anderson for any car maintenance. I get coupons in the mail to help reduce the costs.
