Doesn’t respond to tenant issues. Not fire department, not police, nothing. You can call, write, whatever, don’t even bother, they aren’t responding. Revolving door of office staff. Must be miserable to work here.
They’re using the algorithms to price their apartments. Over the time I stayed with rent got so expensive that buying a 4br house with a 7 percent interest rate was cheaper than renting a 2br from them. That and they kept a huge chunk of my deposit for an issue that was existing when I moved in
