This place is THE worst. I’ve called multiple times times for an appointment and there has been no help. I’ve spoken to Debby and each time time she has been Condescending. Ive even been into the office and asked for her help, as she was the one I spoke to, and she brushed me off and then talked down to her peers. If this is how your front office staff treats people, I can only imagine how your therapist treat people!!!!
I received the BEST exercises that I needed to have great balance and to walk straight and talk!
I have used banner on several different occasions.They always go over and above our patient.And explain everything
I've been trying to get an appointment with them since 11/17/25. I requested an appointment online, never got a call back. I then called them on 11/20/25, they said they would call me on Friday or Monday. Its now 11/26/27 still haven't heard from anyone so I called and their next available is not until 12/03/25 at 2:30. Utterly ridiculous!
Super kind therapist and staff. The facilities are clean.
