I Was preparing to do my first visit and they handed me a paper that said how much I was going to have to pay for each visit. I just spent two years fighting cancer and I'm not out of the woods I have a rare skin disease that no one can figure out not even the Mayo Clinic. I'm not going to be able to pay these people what they asked to help me deal with back pain. I had no idea that it was going to be $150 per visit. I suffered a ruptured tendon in my right hand. OT gave me exercises to help that seem to be working. Very professional and helpful.
The workout and physical therapy that I’m doing at home seems to be working.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The staff shows little to no kindness and often seem more interested in avoiding work than helping patients. There's a clear lack of proper management, and patient satisfaction doesn’t appear to be a priority. This facility needs serious improvement in both service and professionalism.
