Outstanding Service Outstanding service -- I had a problem with some carpenter bees who were drilling holes under my deck, so I called Banner Pest. Rick, the owner, was prompt and effective at eradicating those little dive bombers. He took the time to explain his process and was attentive enough to offer a natural, pet-safe alternative when he noticed my dog. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone with kids, pets, or an eco-friendly mindset.
Just wanted to leave a quick note regarding Banner Pest Control. I had a swarm of bees behind my house that appeared to be going in and out of a small hole in my foundation. I called a couple other companies and they were slower to respond, and they didn't ask me any questions but were quick to give me a high priced estimate. Called Rick on Monday and he came out the following Wednesday. He actually found an additional wasps' nest we didnt realize we had! Here's to a wasp and ant free summer!
Had some work done in my basement and the next thing you knew we had a mouse problem. I was totally freaked out by the whole thing but Banner calmed me down and solved the problem! I've been a bit anxious and have probably driven him crazy but Rich responds and comes out whenever I need reassurance that the problem is solved. I have a terrible track record with service providers so when I find a good one I need to share the information! I highly recommend Banner!!

So accommodating, came thru for me when there was an unusual situation. Rick actually went out of his way to help us out. We live in a fairly new construction and the rule is if you buy used furniture, it needs to be inspected and treated before it comes into the house.
