I have never had an entire floor of staff members make fun of every detail in my case. From my symptoms, to my clothing, my job even. I had a staff member who was in my room before I entered. She was nice, but overly so, to the point that it felt disingenuous, awkward, and patronizing. Eventually, someone (a woman) told the staff that I was being very polite and patient, and asked them to stop talking about me. Best care with the best nurses I have ever experienced in my 46 years. My nurse practitioner followed up and make sure I was taken care of and receiving the care I need. Incredible!
Excellent service. They got me right back and seen by a physician promptly.
My wife and I have had three different instances where we've had to visit the ER at this facility over the last 3 years. Every single visit has been excellent from all phases through the ER. The staff has been friendly and courteous from reception to triage as well as the ER physicians and laboratory staff. Eric was my CT technologist, and was very courteous, listened to be regarding my pain, and offered a solution to relieve the pressure from my broken rib while performing the exam.
