Banner now uses "subcontractors" who are doing a CRAP job of our medical images and records...in fact my MRI done in May 3025 as an outpatient at Banner Teaching Hospital is NOT even viewable according to my Urologist.Banner needs to put it's BOOT on the neck of these subcontractors who are NOT thorough of providing any help to facilitate the moving around of OUR important Health documents images + reports?
We had an appointment for 11am, didn’t get the testing started until 12:00 noon.
I have had two very nice experiences here with all the nurses, assistants, and my radiologist, Dr. Zurcher. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Zurcher spent a lot of time as I am a bit detail-oriented when it comes to medical stuff. He explained everything quite nicely. I had my pathology results in two days. My second biopsy involved my own specialist and the Banner staff. The staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and my own doctor were fantastic. Questions were answered. Dr Sedaris is a bit “unusual”. He doesn’t like not allow you to talk til he talks. He’s easily offended by questions. Had my 1 hour whole body exam. Not too bad. I do recommend that you play music or put a loved one on FaceTime or a call before you start the test. It runs for an hour straight. You’ll set your things on a table a few feet from the exam. I started to panic at the 40 minute mark. But it’s important that you do not move. You are strapped down very snug. The staff is great. Dr Sedarias……unusual
