I had a bit of a wait, but the urgent care was busy the day I went in. The Doctor was competent enough. Not a great bedside manner, but he did his job and this is urgent care you’re getting. He sent me to get an x-ray on my lungs and gave me a prescription for my nebulizer for Asthma. Nurse was great and very kind. This is my third visit over many years and it’s convenient and Doctors are competent.
I felt very uncomfortable. Like the other review I felt a rude vibe from the woman doing my ultrasound. When I left she said have a good day with a very mean face. I already was in tears because I never wanted this test done anyways and I don't even feel like it was done right. She didn't even examine my left ovary.
Extremely nice extremely professional
I've been to Banner Imaging Skyline a number of times over the years. The staff is always professional & polite. As I've gotten older, my mobility is not what it used to be. I always feel cared for, which is comforting! 9/25/26: I still feel that Banner Health is the best for me. I respect my PCP & I feel he respects me. Everyone on the staff is caring, accommodating & friendly! I feel the same way about Banner Imaging. They always make me feel comfortable! ***** 5 Stars!!
