Terrible terrible terrible in every possible way. Short version: Had to go to Better Business Bureau to get phony charge removed after months of emotional torture. I paid my copay at the time of service. Owed no further money for Xray. Everything should have been fine. Long version Instead: They gave away my PII to an insurance company we did not have, after I physically gave them my Insurance card at time of service.
