RIDICULOUS MASK REQUIREMENT AT THIS LOCATION on 2/5... We left after we refused to wear them. Mgmt, if you believe that a mask will do ANYTHING for you - by all means go for it but don't force others to go along with your fear-mongering & ignorance. We went to 3 other offices that SAME DAY - PCP, blood work & ortho office. NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS. If you want another reasonable no-mask option, go to SimonMed. That's where we went today. NEVER going back to another Banner center.
I hate Banner and today they solidified everything. Poor communication, standards and policies. If you need any MRI or xray, please tell your doctors not to use Banner Imaging. Or, change doctors like I am doing.
Amazing place. They ALWAYS have the cutest fall holiday decorations on the door. The staff is amazing. It's a great convenient place.. The staff is so friendly every time I have been here.. they really care.
Always a great experience at this site. Check in was fast and easy. We arrived early for our Coronary Calcium Score CT scan and we were taken back early - so that was a huge plus! Our tech was Danny - he made the exam experience very comfortable as did his tech assistant. The CT scanner was relatively new, the room was clean as was the entire site - I am confident in the exam that was performed and the proficiency of the technologist.
